OK, so the Wii Fit doesn't work for everyone who wants to lose weight. Why? It really depends on how much you use it. If you use it the way you use all of the other things you bought to help you lose weight,then maybe it won't do the job. I mean, if you use it intensely for about a week or maybe even two and then quit and let it collect dust, then forget it! It won't do the trick. It's like the trainer said once when I was trying to figure out a Yoga move and then just got off the Step. She said something like..."Hey, this is not going to work without you."
Perfect! I got right back on and tried again. LOL! So, I'm now down three more pounds! Last weigh in...157. WooHOOOOOOoooooo!!!! I have officially lost 31 lbs and I'm not stopping here. Nope! My ideal weight is 140, but I'll settle for 145. So, that's 12 more pounds...WOW! It doesn't seem so impossible now.
