Almost There - Weight Loss Moves!
Well, it's a new year and so many people use this time in the year to make resolutions of what they'd like to accomplish in the coming year. I'd say that I'd like to be open about that...resolutions should be ongoing. It's always good to have goals. My goal this year is to continue my weight loss plan to my pre-pregnancy weight of 142. I'm almost there at 164 and doing well. I actually saw 162.7 on the scale this morning, but didn't believe it, so I walked away and then after a few, came back to reweigh and saw an average of 163.8. OK, so I'm almost in the 150s...YAYYYYY for me! Until later.
