Weight Loss Update - Weight Loss Moves

175 lbs...Oh Happy Day! I haven't seen that number in a few weeks. I was getting worried. I've been walking, cleaning, exercising and basically sweating everyday. My sweat periods have been specifically designed so that I could make sure I'm getting my heart rate up and toxins out.

I have also cut back "again" on eating meats. I tell you that this is a big factor in my particular weight gain. When I eat meat once a day instead of twice, replacing the meat with beans, nuts, or other veggie/fruit, things really start moving on the scale. On the other hand, there are just those days when I can't help it. I'm craving chicken or even fish. I guess fish is definitely the better choice there, but I'm not always in the mood for fish.

That reminds me that I need to go to Costco and the super market. WOW! Talking about Costco, are all Circuit City stores gone now? They were around for so long and the one I use to go to was on the way to Costco. I use to love making stops in there just to browse.

Anyway, I have just a few weeks left to lose some unwanted pounds before I go on my trip. I've lost about 5 lbs. I'm thinking I could sprint the no-meat deal for another few weeks just to get the extra 5 lbs off. I'll feel really great if I see 169 or something in the 160s. I want! I want!
