Exercise vs. Diet Pills

I am sure that there is a whole lot of research out there on the pros and cons of exercising vs taking a diet pill, much of which I may even have read thanks to magazine stands and catchy titles. I have my own take on the whole diet pill craze. What I can say is that there is more and more news on which pills work, which don't and which sort of work.

There are crazy notions about how much weight can be lost and lots of promises that all state in fine print how much the results can vary from person to person. One thing I can tell you is that although exercise has its dos and don'ts, the consistent notion that it is good for you is all over the place. It's a natural necessity of the body that produces natural chemical reactions not designed to harm you unless you overdo it. Let's face it, everything done to an extreme can be detrimental.

I promised myself that I would start walking again after I put back 10 pounds of the weight I worked so hard to lose. It is doing wonders for my self esteem and boosting my weight loss mentality to boot. I am stoked!
