New Weight Loss Goals - Success is Inevitable!

I have a new goal for my weight loss moves. I'm not going to think about January anymore. I mean with January's weight gain, I feel like someone might need to look into car lifts to pick me up! It was a disaster and I'm just not going there. So, here it is.

My brother and his family will be visiting at the end of March. This is good since it gives me a good 6 or 7 weeks to work on my goal and see about meeting it. I know I'm not going to be svelte, but I think I could lose about 15 pounds if I really stick to the Fit For Life methods. If you're not sure what those are, I'll tell you.

Basically, the most important life changing eating habit I have kept since I came across this method early last year is that you only eat fruit in the morning. Also, food combining is extremely important. You should never combine meats with carbs since they contradict each other in your system and make it harder to process food. If you're going to eat meat then don't eat carbs in the same meal. When I say carbs, I mean things like rice and bread.

Those are two of the main issues to concentrate on. I won't get into not drinking coffee or eating processed foods. Those details are worth a whole book and in fact the book on Fit For Life is already written, so I won't act like I'm the creator of these idease. You gotta get the book.

So, I'll be more on top of things and keep you apprised of my successes. I will not fail this time. I want to get a hair cut before he comes, so I need a smaller face, LOL!
