Get Back on the Lose Weight Bandwagon

I am ashamed to say that I have avoided coming back here to my weight loss moves blog because I've been pigging out! While everyone in my family was on vacation, I felt the need to just relax and not work so hard. I was so stressed out in December that I couldn't put my thoughts together in order to eat as well as I should. I went for the easiest means of dining, ordering out. Does that mean that I have given up? NOOOOooooO!!!

There are so many promotional products on the market today for losing weight. It is obvious that losing weight is on a lot of people's minds, mine included. I bet you have been thinking about it too. So, why don't we hop on the New Years Resolution bandwagon and plan out how to lose the weight we put on in December and make a new goal for the short term and long term. For example, by the end of January, I'd like to lose five pounds. How would I accomplish that? I will lose at least 1.5 pounds each week until January 30th. Does that sound doable? It does to me. I know how to do it. I just have to get my butt in gear!
