Doing OK Today - Weight Loss Moves

I'm on my way to a better day with weight loss moves that are going to definitely bring me results. It is so important to make the right choices in dieting, whether choosing the right weight loss pill or the right exercise program and, of course, the right foods you put in your body. Today I started out well with an orange, banana and 1/4 of an apple.

Later I had a small ham and cheese sandwich. Considering all that I have learned about food combining, I chose incorrectly this morning, but I can't remember when was the last time I had a ham and cheese sandwich, so I did it anyway. Does that mean that I should just give up for the rest of the day? No way! You will not see me give up. I'm determined to take off at least five pounds by February 1st. Come on, I have two weeks! I can do this! Can you?
