Weight Loss Moves - How About a Gift Card

January is coming too soon for me to keep my goal of losing five pounds. In fact, over the past few days, I'm sure I've gained a few. However, after this next week, I don't think I'll be able to lean on the excuse that "stress made me do it." Things still haven't slowed down at work, but the time is coming. I am regretting my food choices even if those choices tasted great and gave me comfort.

I'd love to get a gift card that I can cash in for weight loss. Can you imagine if they had something like that? For every pound you have gained over the past month, you can spend it with a gift card. LOL! Of course, that would be just too easy, wouldn't it? And we don't like easy. I think human nature is to take the tough way out of everything. I don't know why we do it, but haven't you noticed that that's how it goes? Well, maybe that isn't the case with most people, but it is with a lot of people I know.

So, there are two more weeks left to the month and 2 1/2 pounds a week isn't undoable, nor is it unhealthy. Are you with me? Let's do it!
