Weight Loss Moves - The Dark Knight - Batman!

I am about to see the Dark Knight, a movie I have had very mixed feelings about. So far, from what I can see, it has good previews. I think I'm ready for the real deal. I wanted to stay away from this movie because Heath Ledger died before this came out. I was so sad about hearing such a young, very popular actor had such a tragic ending.

Anyway, I'm prepared (as I take a deep breath and get ready). I feel like I'm going to need to go to the steam cleaners after seeing this. I heard it was a very dark movie. My sister said it was disturbing. I'm going to need steam cleaning on my soul. Yikes!

Anyway, you can see I'm not talking about my weight. Nope, not even going there.
