Making it Happen - Weight Loss Moves
When you go into the stores and shop for clothes, do you always look for the best buy? What about when you go to the food store? Are you one of those kinds of shoppers who reads the entire nutrition label before you decide to buy? I'm not quite so anal, but I have found that keeping certain elements out of my diet has actually helped me not retain water, feel lighter and fuller while losing weight. What does that tell me and what should it tell you? Your body is a very interactive system. What you put in it determines your outside and inside image. Make looking good and feeling great happen for you. Determine your negative trigger areas and vow to stay clear of them!
