Weight Loss Moves - Diet Pills or Less Meat.

As you may know if you've been following this blog, I started blogging when I weighed something like 185 lbs. My lowest low was when I went on the scale and 189 hit me like a big brick! I could not believe I was a pound away from 190. I knew I had to change, but HOW???

So, I thought about taking all kinds of measures. I was desperate, but not completely without hope. I even considered taking diet pills like the orovo diet pill and Hoodia. I hope I'm spelling those right.

Anyway, I am firm on my belief that eating meat is a serious reason for weight gain. I still eat meat and am in no way a vegetarian, but I am leaning towards that. I am also of the firm opinion, based on my own experience, that the way you combine your meats and starches has a lot to do with how your digestive track will work for you instead of against you.

So, before you lean towards taking any type of pills, even if your doctor has suggested it's the only way, I would urge you to lessen the amount of meat you eat, especially red meat. I would also urge you to eat much more high energy, high water content foods.

That's what I will go away saying tonight.
