MonoDieting - Hmmmm.

Oh, one more thing...remember I mentioned that I was thinking about monodieting. Well, I haven't actually been doing that, meaning, just fruit all day, or just fruit juice, or just vegetables all day for a day or two or even a week. I guess I've created a modified monodiet, if you will. Maybe it's not a monodiet at all. Either way, eating fruits all day and then a regular dinner, or eating veggies all day and then a regular dinner is something you should try. It's amazing to see the results and I'm never hungry!
